SHIPPING:

Domestic Shipping within Australia:

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $80.

Express Shipping: Free for orders over $100.

For any orders under these thresholds shipping and expected timeframes are calculated at Checkout.

Pre-Purchase:

Reserve items not yet available for dispatch. Product descriptions include estimated delivery times. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing a pre-order, after which pre-orders are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a gift voucher or another item of equivalent value.

Split Shipments:

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately to reduce waiting times. BBS Health reserves the right to split shipments as deemed necessary.

RETURNS:

BBS Health aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
