    "Disregard the low star reviews for this product, it has nothing to do with the effectiveness of this Pre, Pro & Postbiotic supplement. I actually received these unknowingly after purchasing Menorelief (another excellent product). Total Biotic was the supplement I didn't think I needed BUT it has been life changing. I have stochastic gastrointestinal issues that doctors can't seem to effectively diagnose and often label as a part of ageing, common food intolerances, perimenopause, possible IBS etc. Total Biotic has become a daily insurance that aids in settling any tummy issues, it has calmed any inflammation of certain food triggers and has helped with reducing abdominal pressure that I have managed to return to a Size 8 (before Total Biotic I had to purchase size 10-12 pants to deal with the excess girth) and no longer have to endure uncomfortable bloating. I hope this never gets discontinued, It's amazing!"
